Beyond 100

The first 100 hires were never intended to be the destination.

They're the foundation.

100 Hires in 100 Days is designed to establish proof, refine the model, and create the infrastructure for what comes next. As participation grows, so will the purchasing power directed to women-owned businesses and the number of companies choosing to hire them.

This isn't a one-time campaign. It's the beginning of an annual national hiring movement.

When companies can hire her, they will.

For years, the conversation has centered on awareness and intention. 100 Hires in 100 Days is testing something different: if hiring women-owned businesses becomes frictionless, will companies actually buy? Through December 7, every buyer, every project, and every hire is being tracked to measure what happens when access, not awareness, is treated as the challenge.

Why the next 100 hires create the ripple effect.

The 100 Hires in 100 Days movement is expected to direct $350,000 in purchasing toward women-owned businesses over 100 days. Beyond the dollar amount, it offers a public look at how purchasing decisions are made, what services companies need most, what barriers still exist, and how companies are maximizing their dollars.

The Woman Behind the Movement

From advocacy to infrastructure.

She's spent years advocating for women-owned businesses, sitting before Congress, being invited to the White House, and filling gaps everyone else was just talking about. HerHeadquarters founder and CEO, Carina Glover, shifted from influencing the conversation to building the marketplace designed to solve it. Rather than launching another awareness campaign, she created a public hiring movement that measures contracts instead of commitments.

The Future of Work

The way companies find trusted partners is changing.

As businesses increasingly rely on agencies, consultants, contractors, and fractional experts, HerHeadquarters shows how marketplaces can reshape the way companies source external talent and specialized services.

What we're betting on.

We're betting that companies still want the best partners for the job. The demand never disappeared. Growing companies still need marketing, designers, event planners, consultants, operational support, and more.

We're betting that when trust, quality, and access come together, businesses will choose to hire her.

And over 100 days, we're making that bet in public.
